Primary 1 Co-Lead Teachers

Afsaneh Hadadi

Hello everyone, my name is Afsaneh Hadadi. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Iran. My family and siblings reside in Iran, and I live in Suwanee with my husband, our son, Arman and a mischievous cat, Cooper.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Persian Literature from the University of Shiraz in Iran. I have always had a passion for nurturing and educating children from a very young age and have been in Early Childhood Education for over 10 years. When I started working with children in a Montessori environment, is when I fell in love with the Montessori methodology and how Montessori focuses on the individual child, their potential, and facilitates a natural love for learning.  Soon after this realization is when I earned my Montessori Diploma. In addition to this, I hold a CDA (Child Development Associate) and have completed numerous training courses in Early Childhood Development.

I cannot wait to embark on this new journey with your children and watch them grow independently.

Primary 2 Lead Teacher

Parvin Shokohinia

My name is Parvin Shokohi Nia, I was born and raised in Iran. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have always been deeply fascinated by early childhood education and its lasting impact. Over the past 20+ years, I have dedicated my career to working in various roles within the education field, including teacher, art teacher, director, head of education, behavior guidance and private instructor. These diverse experiences have enriched my perspective and strengthened my commitment to nurturing young minds.

After moving to the United States, I was introduced to the Montessori philosophy, which deeply resonated with my values as an educator. I pursued and obtained my Montessori certification for the Primary level (ages 3–6) and have been serving as a Primary Lead Teacher for the past 14 years.

I am passionate about creativity and self-expression, often finding joy and inspiration through painting and spending time in nature. I believe in lifelong learning and continuously seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and refine my skills to better support the children and families I work with.

Primary 3 Lead Teacher

Swati Bhanushali

My name is Swati Bhanushali. I was born in Mumbai, India, and my family and I relocated to the United States five years ago. I am a proud mother of two teenagers, Dhwani (16) and Aaryan (14).

Before becoming a teacher, I worked in Human Resources. My education journey began in 2015 when my son was diagnosed with ADHD. Wanting to better support his learning needs, I pursued a certification in Early Childhood Education. This not only helped him grow into an independent and mature young individual but also sparked my own passion for teaching.

At Tomorrow Hope Montessori, I am dedicated to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I bring to my work a deep love for the arts, strong organizational skills, discipline, and punctuality.

I feel grateful to be part of the vibrant Tomorrow Hope Montessori community and look forward to continuing to contribute to our students’ growth and success.

Primary 4 Lead Teacher

Rohini Krishan

My name is Rohini Krishnan, and I was born in India. I am the youngest of three siblings, with
two elder sisters, and I feel fortunate to have received a little extra pampering growing up. I hold
a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Annamalai University, India, and I recently completed
my Montessori certification in October 2024.

I have started my teaching profession in 2020 and am enjoying my journey in Montessori
education. I was working in a Montessori School from Albany NY and helping the kids to learn
and do more things in a fun way. I am always very excited to work with our little champs and
make them understand their day-to-day work. I was supporting the kids to develop their routine
work to become independent.

I have two young children with one boy and a girl. Our journey started in the USA from April
2015 and is going well by keeping everyone busy. My daughter started her Montessori school in
2017 which has inspired me to focus more on Montessori education. My career in Montessori
education started in 2020 and had great support from my family for the success. I am very
passionate about teaching Montessori education to support kids to do their work independently.

I am always committed to my work by helping all our kids towards success and dedication. I am
helping the kids to develop their skill to be more competitive. Teaching at THMS gave me more
confidence and better handling of the day-to-day issues.
