Infant 2 Lead Teacher
Syada Salauddin
I am a certified Montessori teacher specializing in infants through age 3. Previously, I worked as a Lead Infant Teacher at another Montessori school in the area. Over the years, I have completed numerous courses to support my commitment to providing a loving, nurturing, and developmentally enriching environment for young children.
I earned my Montessori Teacher Diploma from the North American Montessori Training Center and hold an Associate of Arts degree from Siddheswari Girls College in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have also studied and gained practical experience in the teaching philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori.
Beyond the classroom, I serve as a teacher at my Sunday school, where I work with children ranging in age from 7 to 15. I am multilingual in English, Bangla, and Hindi.
I am married and a proud mother of two daughters—one attends Lanier High School and the other Lanier Middle School. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, and decorating.
I have a deep passion for educating children, which is evident in the positive results I’ve achieved under a variety of circumstances. Before becoming a teacher, I devoted most of my time to raising my first-generation daughters, and I bring that same dedication and care to my students at Tomorrow’s Hope Montessori School.
I look forward to helping each child reach their fullest potential and supporting their growth in every aspect of development.

Deepa Desai
My name is Mrs. Deepa M. Desai. I am 50 years old and have been married for 27 wonderful years. I was born on June 26, 1975, and I am the proud mother of two daughters who bring immense joy and fulfillment to my life. My husband is a dedicated Cricket Coach.
I relocated to the United States from India about nine months ago and currently reside in Duluth, where I am settling into my new environment and daily routine. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Accounts.
I worked as an agent with the Life Insurance Corporation in India for five years beginning in 2001. In 2012, I completed the Early Childhood Education Teacher Training Program and went on to teach at The Treehouse Playgroup and Nursery for one year, working with children aged 3 to 5. During this time, I supported young learners through developmentally appropriate guidance, care, and activities.
I am also the Proprietor of Yogi Sporting Goods in Mumbai, India, a sports retail business I have managed since 2000. The store specializes in sporting goods and operates both in-person and online through Amazon, serving customers in India, the United States, and Australia. Through this role, I have built a strong foundation in accounting, financial record-keeping, data entry, cash-handling, inventory management, and staff supervision. I regularly interacted with customers, coordinated with suppliers, managed procurement, and handled supplier payments to ensure smooth business operations.
Caregiving has been a meaningful part of my life. After raising two daughters, I have a deep understanding of what young children need to feel safe, supported, and loved. I have also cared for my parents, my mother-in-law, and my grandmother-in-law during their later years, which has strengthened my compassion, patience, and sense of responsibility.
Cricket is one of my greatest passions. Before moving to the United States, I captained my local women’s cricket team in India and led them to several victories at various competitive levels.
In my free time, I enjoy dancing, gardening, music, and spending time with my daughters, who keep me feeling young. I also treasure quiet moments with my husband and close friends. Above all, I find the greatest joy in caring for the people I love and building meaningful, lasting connections.
